New high-quality homes for Hamstreet

We are delighted to begin consultation for the outline planning application proposing up to 86 high-quality homes, including the provision of 40% affordable housing (providing both social rent and shared ownership properties), parking, landscaping and a new pedestrian and vehicular access, at land to the north of Warehorne Road, Hamstreet, Ashford, Kent.

As an Outline planning application, we are only asking the Council to agree to the principle of developing the site for up to 86 new homes. If the Outline planning application is successful details like the appearance of the homes, landscaping, layout and materials will come later with a Reserved Matters planning application.
